SMOKY PARMESAN CREAM
Smoky creamy fluff cheese – contains no animal products. Imagine smoky whipped cream and parmesan cheese to serve with your favorite crackers and bread. Or use as a creamy cheezy mayo on your burger buns or oat bread veggie sandwich. Yo. Stop me before I change the world into a beautiful animal-free restaurant!!
Makes 1-3/4 cups
1 c. Rich’s Whip Topping, thoroughly thawed
1/2 t. cream of tartar
1/2 c. GO VEGGIE SHAKER PARMESAN
1/2 t. salt
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 t. liquid smoke
1 t. smoked paprika
1/4 t. malic acid
1 T. Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning or plain vegan (nutritional) yeast
2 T. fresh squeezed and strained lemon juice – no bottled this time
salt and pepper to taste
additional liquid smoke to taste before serving
1- Place whip topping cream and cream of tartar in deep bowl.
2- Whip with hand electric beaters or whisk (which is slower) till cream forms stiff, thick peaks.
3- Add remaining ingredients, beating well after each addition to completely incorporate into cream.
- Beat after each addition – do not add all ingredients and then beat.
4- Transfer to covered container and refrigerate overnight before using.
- Since liquid smoke often loses its flavor in a sauce or plant cheese spread or dip after it sets for a day or two, add a few drops to taste before serving – stir well to thoroughly incorporate.
