AFC ICED PEANUT APRICOT CREAM
WORLD’S BEST TASTING ICED CREAM! No added sugar in case you wonder where the sugar is in the recipe. It’s already in the other ingredients, no need to add more. Makes 3-3/4 cups cream before freezing
1 c. JIF WHIPS Creamy WHIPPED PEANUT BUTTER
1 c. PACIFIC FOODS OAT MILK Beverage
1 c. RICH’S WHIP TOPPING, thawed
1/2 c. apricot preserves – I used Bonne Maman brand
2 T. Vanilla – I used imitation
Combine all ingredients in blender container and blend on low then high speed for about 1 minute, pausing if necessary to keep unit from overheating.
Pour into covered freezer container, then freeze till solid.
• If too hard, let set at room temperature till it softens as desired.
Serve plain or with toppings. I sprinkled a little unsweetened cocoa powder on top.
