The salad I made using this dressing:

cut romaine lettuce

fresh spinach

cut steamed fresh green beans

grape tomatoes, halved

1 flatbread, grilled on both sides till crisp, then cut into 2″ x 1/2 ” strips

Place romaine and spinach on salad plate.

Top with green beans and tomatoes.

Drizzle with dressing, then top with a few grilled flatbread strips.

Drizzle the strips with a little maple syrup, then sprinkle all with freshly ground black pepper.
