Ever put whipped cream on watermelon? It works to create an elegant, easy dessert! Watermelon cubes and fresh Bing cherries topped with non-dairy whipped topping and sprinkled with brown sugar!

Makes as many as you want

Into each dessert cup:

Place several cubes of freshly cut seeded watermelon cubes.

Place several sweet red (Bing) cherries, cut in half, around watermelon cubes.

Top with a dollop of non-dairy whipped creamed.

Sprinkle whipped cream with a little brown sugar.

Top cream with a halved cherry. Refrigerate till ready to serve.

Notes: You can’t get much simpler than that and still impress your family and friends.

The little bit of brown sugar compliments the coarse texture of the watermelon.

For the whipped topping I used Rich’s Non-Dairy Ready-to-Whip Topping.
