THE FIELD ROAST FRANKFURTER
Grilled Field Roast Frankfurter in a broiled bun, spread with sweet relish, then topped with mustard, chopped tomato and chopped onion!
Makes as many as you want!
oil for frying
Field Roast Frankfurters
hot dog buns, broiled lightly
sweet relish
yellow prepared mustard
chopped, ripe, slicing tomato
chopped sweet onion
Drizzle a little oil in a skillet, over medium heat. Add frankfurters and cook, rolling in oil to coat, till heated through.
Spread insides of hot dog buns lightly with sweet relish.
Place frankfurters in buns, followed by mustard, chopped tomato and chopped onion. Eat.
Notes: This is a hot dog – Davies-Tight style!
