A smooth mousse-like strawberry and banana frozen pudding!

Serves 4

10 oz.carton frozen sliced strawberries, unsweetened, thawed

1 lg. ripe, but firm banana with no brown spots, 8-9 inches long, sliced

Put thawed strawberries and sliced banana into blender container. Blend on medium speed till pureed, then on high-speed till very smooth.

Pour into 4 dessert cups, scraping around inside of blender container with spatula.

Place cups in freezer. Cover with waxed paper and freeze a few hours till set. Serve frozen.

Notes: This frozen pudding possess a velvety smooth and satisfying texture that melts in your mouth.

Do not leave in freezer more than a few hours before serving. You don’t want hard ice; you want a firmness more like ice-cream. Each serving equals one half cup.

The sweet of the banana is enough to sweeten this dessert, no added sugar needed.
