Multi-grain Cherrios (corn, rye, barley, wheat and rice) topped with dried apricots and prunes, fresh sliced banana and apple. Drizzled with almond milk and maple syrup! Sprinkle with cinnamon and dark cocoa for an added treat. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime in between!

Makes 1 serving

1 bowl of Multi-grain Cheerios

dried apricots

a few whole dried plums (prunes)

1 sliced banana

½ cubed apple

almond milk

grade A maple syrup

cinnamon (optional)

dark unsweetened cocoa (optional)

Top your bowl of cereal with apricots, prunes, banana and apple.

Drizzle with almond milk, followed by maple syrup.

Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and dark cocoa powder. Eat.

Notes: A hearty breakfast that fills you up, but doesn’t make you feel sluggish!
