Sweet cream style corn and diced green chilies seasoned with curry. You don’t have to do much to a can of vegetables to make them taste delicious!

Serves 4-6

16 oz. can cream style corn (Del Monte brand is gluten-free)

1-1/2 T. margarine

1 canned whole green chili, diced into 1/4 – 3/8 inch squares

1 t. mild curry powder

couple dashes black pepper

salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Stir well and cook over medium-low heat till hot and bubbly. Stir well, salt to taste and serve.

This is my favorite recipe for creamed corn.  Use a high quality creamed corn for superior results.

Serve with a potato dish and a side salad.
