PEANUT AND PEACH CATALINA SALAD DRESSING
with a hint of cinnamon! Peanut butter isn’t just for sandwiches anymore!
Makes 4-1/2 cups
15 oz. can sliced peaches, with liquid
16 oz. bottle fat-free Catalina Salad Dressing
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
Place peaches along with peach liquid into a blender container. Blend on low then high speed till creamy.
Add remaining ingredients, then blend in the same way, till frothy. Place in covered container and refrigerate till ready to use.
Notes: Use on all types of green salads. After developing this dressing, we had salads of every variety for a week using this special dressing.
